These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the MealsAWeight ("we", "us", or "our") meal preparation service ("Services"). By accessing and using our Services, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
MealsAWeight provides meal preparation and delivery services to customers within specific regions in Canada. We offer a variety of meal options, which are described on our website or can be provided upon request.
In order to use our Services, you may need to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
By using our Services, you agree to use our products for personal, non-commercial use only, and not to resell or use our products for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Prices for our services are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of meals and it is always possible that some of the prices may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our order procedures.
We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot promise an exact time. We will try to notify you if we are likely to be late delivering your Order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MealsAWeight or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
MealsAWeight will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services, even if MealsAWeight has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
