There are two ways you can start eating healthy right now!

Select your meals

This is a great way to get started FAST! Select between the variety packs or specific meals from the menu. We're leaving the ball in your court, But we advise that you pick the best portion, read all the notes and follow directions. Remember you're ordering fresh food so delivery instructions are integral!

Choose your portion size

You can pick REGULAR (350-400 calories) or LARGE (700-750 calories) meal sizes. Then, customize your order based on your preferences (low carb, keto, extra veg, etc). You can also get add-ons such as breakfasts, snacks, soups, etc

Delivery or pickup?

We offer delivery at a small fee across most of the lower mainland. Be sure to check our delivery schedules to ensure those timeframes work for you. We also have convenient pickup locations in Port Moody / West Maple Ridge or Abbotsford (inside Summit centre).

Get ready to enjoy your meals!

Complete your order by processing your payment and filling out shipment details. You'll receive a confirmation via email. That's it! Once your meals arrive, store them in the fridge or freezer and reheat when you're ready to eat.

Fill customer profile

Fill out a customer profile with all of your basic information and specific dietary needs. Text 604-449-9690 your full name once you've submitted your profile and save this number under "Mealsaweight ordering." Texts are preferred, but you can call 6047609428 too!

We will help you build a custom meal plan. This includes any customizations to meals based on dietary requirements and personal preferences. We can adhere to ANYTHING provided by coaches, naturopaths, dietitians or personal trainers.

We will ensure you have a delivery or pickup schedule determined to fit your busy life. And we will process your payment for you.

Get ready to enjoy your meals!

You will receive your meals along with a plan on when to eat which meal to best suit your goals! Once your meals arrive, store them in the fridge or freezer and reheat when you're ready to eat.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery

There are one or two deliveries per week based on the size of your order and your preferences. They will fall on either Sunday or Monday and again Thursday. If you are getting meals for 7 days a week - you will be required to select between two deliveries or one delivery. If the later is chosen, you will be required to freeze the last 2 days worth of meals upon receiving them.

Our commercial kitchen is located in Downtown Maple Ridge. If you are located WEST of Port Coquitlam you will receive delivery Sunday between 11am-9pm. If you are located EAST of Port Coquitlam - you will receive delivery on Mondays between 8am-3pm. If you're located in Pitt Meadows or Maple Ridge (delivery happens Sat night or Sunday). Each location's time is indicated at checkout. You must be available to receive your order and pop the meals into your fridge or freezer. Alternatively you can add a cooler and ice packs to your order (or provide your own). The meals are delivered in our refrigerated van and our driver will contact you prior to delivery to narrow down the timeframe and receive delivery instructions. If you order meals for the week - you can opt for a SECOND DELIVERY on Thursdays. Or you can choose to freeze the weekend meals.

If meals are dropped off to your instructions - you are responsible to get them into fridge temperatures (approximately 4degree) within 30 minutes.

If the driver cannot reach you, they will be brought back to our Port Moody or Maple Ridge locations and must be picked up within 24 hours. They will be composted by Tuesday 10PM.

Pickup

Pickup locations include Port Moody (by Eagle Ridge hospital)/ West Maple Ridge (Dewdney + 203rd area) / or Abbotsford (inside "The Supplement House" @ Summit center) ...and more will be added. You must make your choice upon checkout. There is a small storage fee that applies for each pickup location. Meals MUST BE PICKED up by Tuesday NIGHT 10pm or they will be composted.

Storing / Heating Instructions

  • Meals can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Anything exceeding 5 days must be frozen upon receipt (for example if you order Lunch and Dinner for 7 days (14 meals) - 4 must go into freezer right away. Or you can opt for a second delivery.
  • Meals will be labelled with the order in which they are to be eaten as some meals preserve better, please follow these labels dilligently.
  • Microwave instructions for refrigerated meals: Please microwave with the lid slightly open for 1-1.5 minutes.
  • Microwave instructions for frozen meals: Thaw from night prior and microwave uncovered for 1.5 minutes.

    From frozen, microwave uncovered 4-5 minutes.
  • You can also choose to reheat your meal in a pan - simply empty contents of container into pan and heat for 6-7 minutes.
